6 week challenge sees amazing results!

We caught up with Michael Page, one of the Challengers who has been working hard to change their diet and lifestyle on the MYGYM 6-week challenge to see how he’s got on!

In Michael’s fifth week, he hit his target weight – losing 14.96 lbs, 6.1% body fat and gained 3.5% muscle! Over the course of six weeks, Michael lost a staggering 16.28 lbs, 8.1% body fat, an increase of 4.5% muscle!

Q: How has the programme been?

A: I’m loving the regime, the training is great and the food plan’s very easy to follow.

Q: What’s been the biggest challenge for you?

A: My biggest challenge is when I have my children and the food temptations that arise from this.  I’m doing really well to steer clear of these for the most part, though!

Q: Will you be keeping it up once the programme ends?

A: I will definitely keep following the training plan as well as the meal guide, but won’t be quite so strict on the calorie intake.
