I continuously oversee the whole of MYGYM and focus on its development, member satisfaction and continuously developing the MYGYM Challenger programme and Olympic Taekwondo + Weightlifting classes. You’ll see me getting involved at all aspects and am always up for supporting your health goals. If you have any feedback or need help with any aspect of your health goals and/or membership then please feel free to ask for me.
I love working with members and I’m always on hand for any fitness tips or questions, and I love delivering Challenge sessions with a huge smile. If you have any feedback or need help with any aspect of your membership then please feel free to ask for me in club. After work I enjoy movies, fitness and spending time with friends and family.

My aim is to help people achieve their full potential and to explore the wide range of training styles to create a fun and functional sessions. Drawing from years of experience in a variety of different sports, working with complete gym beginners to national level athletes. There is no one size fits all when in comes to training everyone and I’m here to help you find the one that’s right for you.
